Mullen Boston challenged us to get our name in the papers without spending a penny. We created 20 fake wallets complete with personalities and stories, and ‘lost’ them around the city of Boston to see how many came back to us. Within 24 hours, 11 out of 20 wallets came back to us, returned by good samaritans. Our PR stunt not just proved that Boston is actually not as mean as the media claims, it also earned free media for Mullen.
